"Jiao Zi Day"

Yesterday, 13th Sep we had a Jiao Zi making day at Kent's hse... A few of them make they own specialty such as sambal prawn, crispy pork ribs, salads, sweet potato soup as deserts and last but not least, our Yang shuai's Jiao Zi... 2 bad, our Zhang Hao cannot come n try our her Jiao Zi...

We got 2 different version of Jiao Zi orh... Yang shuai's make 1 - pork with cabbage n 2 - pork with carrot... Tis is china version!!! Another one is kent's mum jiao zi, which is pork with jiu cai + prawns, tis is de singapore version... Both oso tasted veri nice, but i had 2 much jiao zi until i now veri xian liao... I believe i 1 mth wont touch on dumplings liao>>> Haha....

Every1 was busy getting de dumplings done... All look so serious!!! Hahaaaa....

In china, they will put 1 coin inside de dumplings, so whoever eat it, will b lucky 4 tat year... Therefore, we oso wanna do something special, so we put in chilli padi instead, whoever is de lucky one, will strike de lottery... Hahaaaa!!! In de end, our big sister big, Wendy strike de lottery... After tis heavy dumplings meal, we played Wii... We all veri excited n tired after playing, cos needs alot of body movements! Really a cool sweat after a meal... No matter wat, we do enjoy tis wkend... I now loooking forwards 2 our nxt outing, which is de MONO KTV @ St. James...
